Exchange Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product received from the store within seven (7) days from the delivery date. No exchange requests will be accepted after the seven-day period.

Conditions for exchange:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
  2. The consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it.
  3. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure it is in proper condition.
  4. The consumer bears the shipping cost for the exchange process.
  5. In case of international exchange, the consumer bears all shipping costs.
  6. If the product has defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated, and the shipping company will be responsible for returning the product.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications provided by the consumer, except in cases of defects or non-compliance with the agreed specifications.
  2. If the product consists of audio or video recordings, software, or information programs that have been used.
  3. If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, or books.
  4. If the defect in the product was caused by misuse by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, catering, or food services.
  6. If the contract involves the purchase or download of digital software products via the internet.

Return Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product received from the store within seven (7) days from the delivery date. No return requests will be accepted after the seven-day period.

Conditions for return:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
  2. The consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it.
  3. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the return to ensure it is in proper condition.
  4. The consumer bears all costs incurred during the return process.
  5. In case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs.
  6. If the product has defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated, and the shipping company will be responsible for returning the product.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications provided by the consumer, except in cases of defects or non-compliance with the agreed specifications.
